The Workspace is a shared office space ideal for entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, remote workers or road warriors seeking a K-County office location. It exists to support and encourage entrepreneurship, spark new ideas and collaboration, and grow the local business community. Come join us! KEDCO has nearly 3,000 square feet of space available on the second floor for members of The Workspace at the Downtown Business Studio.
Membership Information
Hot Desk Package: $150/month
- Choice of desks on 1st floor OR 2nd floor
- Up to TWO persons per membership
- High speed wireless internet
- Printing / copy / scan on 2nd floor
- Use of meeting rooms TWO hours/month (no carryover), then $20/hour
- Use of refrigerator, microwave & Keurig
- Locked file drawer space (based on availability)
- Access to The Workspace during business hours (M-F from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.)
Dedicated Desk package: $250/month
- Assigned workstation (SIX available)
- ONE person per membership
- High speed wireless internet
- Printing/ copy / scan on 2nd floor
- Use of meeting rooms FOUR hours/month (hours are not cumulative), then $20/hour
- Use of refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig
- Locked file drawer and locked space within workstation
- Access to The Workspace during business hours (Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm)
Dedicated Desk package PLUS: $300/month
- All benefits of Dedicated Desk membership AND unlimited access to office space 24/7!
